Andreas Schick, Chief Operating Officer of Schaeffler AG, informed the Supervisory Board that for personal reasons, he will not be extending his contract, which is due to expire on March 31, 2026. The Supervisory Board of Schaeffler AG acknowledged his decision with regret.

Andreas Schick (55), who in 2014 became a member of the Executive Board as Regional CEO Asia/Pacific and in 2018 was appointed as a member of the Board of Managing Directors of Schaeffler AG, has served the Schaeffler Group for more than 30 years. In his various positions he has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence in the company’s operations, supply chain and logistics as well as purchasing activities, implementing major group-wide sustainability and digitalization initiatives and spearheading the development of Schaeffler’s humanoid activities as a potential key area for future growth.

Succession arrangements will be announced in due course.
