We place particular emphasis on a healthy working environment, for example, with ergonomic workplace design, advice afrom our company physicians, preventive medical checkups and much more.Our employees and their families use the various sports and leisure clubs we offer that vary from location to location. The sports clubs on offer include over 20 different sports, ranging from basketball, soccer and golf to walking and mountain biking.

The Schaeffler Group offers various working time models, which means, on the one hand, it is complying with both the requests and requirements of its employees. On the other however, this means the modern workplace has to be able to react in a flexible manner.
