In January 2012, Schaeffler Group obtained its first external ratings from the two rating agencies Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s (S&P). Moody’s currently rates Schaeffler AG at ‘Baa3’ (Investment Grade) with a stable outlook. S&P’s rating for Schaeffler AG is ‘BB+’ with a stable outlook.
